Upon Transfer to the Fleet Reserve I started college and within a year started teaching at the same college at night while going to school during the day. I earned five college degrees in fifteen years ending with a Ph.D., in Electronic information Systems. I was elevated to Dean of the College and retired in 2004. I then became a civilian Seabee and started to drive truck long haul all over the country. In 2006 I was offered a position as Director of Education of another college and accepted. I am married to the former Patricia J. Jordan of Fairfield, CA. (I lied to her) we have been married 25 years. When it is all said and done I am a Seabee. (Not former) Oh! and for the few slug-baits out there that know me “yes,” I still polish my shoes. Nuff said.
